Establish and optimize processes to prepare Revolut Australia for high growth

Operate and scale operations in Australia and work with local operations teams and headquarters in London to develop detailed playbooks, product integration and rigorous execution of Revolut products

Strategy: explore and define which projects the team should prioritize and set timelines to achieve goals quickly

Product Improvement: Proactively research new features to provide a seamless customer experience

Improve Operational Efficiency: Simplify SOPs and continuously improve for maximum efficiency

Manage key supplier relationships and establish a performance tracking system

Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms

What do you need

You graduated with a relevant degree and have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role

you have a good record of achievement

You worked for a high-tech and/or start-up company and quickly took responsibility

You can break complex problems into smaller ones, enjoy working with data, and use tools like SQL, Python, and Excel to make your job easier.

You are naturally curious and interested in making an impact.

You can demonstrate this through the various projects you are involved in.

You can make a good business case and convince people to help you run it.

Collections Manager

Reporting to the Payments and Issues Manager, you will help lead and develop a team of collections experts to achieve collections revenue targets. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of day-to-day billing responsibilities and processes and supports the team in this regard.

Responsibility

Here is an example for your day:

Update and monitor all billing processes, policies and manuals to ensure compliance and a positive customer experience

Prevent customer default and maximize collection process performance to achieve targets (POT, formalization, fundraising)

Sensitive and diplomatic in dealing with customer payment difficulties

Presentation of weekly data collection through standardized reports

Manage partnerships (e.g. collection agencies, possible third-party reminder partners)

Identify and lead the continuous improvement of collections

Lead, develop, motivate and train team members

Participate in group reviews of required billing information

Ensure effective assignment of tasks and responsibilities to meet monthly regularity/efficiency targets and proactively address variance in targets
