I currently work at a daycare agency that is looking for a receptionist to join the staff temporarily on a part-time basis, on maternity leave until October 2023.
You are a new role
You will work in Geelong, Monday to Friday, from 2.30pm to 6pm. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and receiving parents, guardians and guardians, providing general reception and customer service services for the Center. Responsibilities will include:
Promptly and courteously welcome children, families, educators, students, and visitors to the center
Provide administrative tasks to assist in the proper functioning of the Services in accordance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to achieve the best outcomes for families and children
Support in areas such as enrollment, finances, compliance with the Family Assistance Act, and childcare benefits
What do you need to succeed?
To be a successful receptionist, you need to:
Available immediately through October 2023
Customer service and/or administrative experience (ideally in day care or community day care)
IT proficiency, including MS Office
Excellent written and oral communication
Valid Employer Working Child Check (WWCC)
