You have an excellent opportunity to have someone with experience join the professional team. Chefs are responsible for developing and delivering quality menus to customers and are required to demonstrate the following values:

Italian and European Cuisine – Candidates should already have extensive experience and knowledge in preparing Italian and European cuisine. The chef will prepare the workstation with all the necessary ingredients and equipment for cooking, prepare the ingredients for cooking, cook the food in various utensils, check that the food is not stirred or turned over during cooking, ensure a smooth presentationexcellent of food, will keep the kitchen clean and the environment tidy, ensuring that all food and other items are stored properly, checking the quality of ingredients, monitoring inventory and ordering in case of shortages.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

Rbasic work requirements

– Commercial Certificate III in Commercial Kitchen or equivalent.

Displays good teamwork, positive work ethic

Must have more than four years of culinary experience

Must have experience with Italian and European food

Currently looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join the team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Roles and responsibilities:

Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and instructions provided, ensuring each dish is cooked to the correct temperature and is visually appealing.

Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations, regularly clean and disinfect equipment and surfaces, store ingredients and dispose of waste properly in accordance with regulations.

Monitor ingredient and supply inventory levels and order items as needed to ensure the kitchen is always properly stocked.

Works with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, communicates effectively and assists with preparation or other tasks as needed.
